I need to make a banking change

Update and confirm changes to bank information#

Your transactions will be deposited to the bank account provided during the application process. As the account owner, you may choose to link your merchant account to a different bank account. To request a bank account change, please email support@peloton-technologies.com with the following information:

  • Account Name
  • MID (Merchant ID)
  • Bank Account Type
  • Bank Institution Number
  • Bank Account Number
  • A copy of a void cheque or an official bank document

Once received, our support team will send you a bank change form for signature. You will receive confirmation once the change has been completed.

Important:#

Please ensure the old bank account remains open until the change is finalized to avoid any disruption in payments. After the update, all deposits and fees will be processed through the new account.
