Account Setup

  1. Confirm your email from Clover’s Welcome Email.
  2. Log in to the Clover Dashboard.
  3. Complete your business profile (name, address, contact info).

2. Hardware Setup

  • Unbox your Clover device and accessories.
  • Connect the power adapter and charging dock.
  • Place the device on the dock and power it on.

3. Dashboard Configuration

  • Set your business hours and time zone.
  • Configure tax rates and tipping options.
  • Add inventory items, categories, and prices (Essentials Service Plan required).
  • Set up employee profiles and permissions.

4. Payment Settings

  • Enable payment types (credit, debit, cash).
  • Test a transaction to confirm everything works.

5. Security & Compliance

  • Set up secure passwords for all users.

6. Go Live

  • Print a test receipt.
  • Start accepting payments!
