To close your merchant account, please contact our support team at support@peloton-technologies.com.
Make sure to include the following details in your request:
- Account name
- Merchant ID (MID)
- Reason for account closure
How to find your Merchant ID (MID):
- Log in to your Clover Dashboard from a browser.
- In the top-right corner, select Settings and click on Business Information.
- Your MID will be displayed at the top left of the page.
Pause Your Clover Account (Seasonal Deactivation)
If your business operates seasonally, you can pause your Clover account during your off-season. This will suspend your monthly fees. However, a $5 monthly fee will apply if you choose to keep the devices while your business is inactive.
