Selling a Business with Existing POS Devices 

If you're selling a business, you’ll need to cancel your current merchant account and return the hardware. While the new owner can retain the existing devices, they must complete the application process for a new merchant account. Once approved, the devices will be transferred to their new account. 

Here’s what each party needs to do: 

For the new owner: #

A new merchant account is required. Please contact support@peloton-technologies.com, and our team will connect you with a specialist who will walk you through the available options and assist with transferring the existing devices to the new account. 

For the current owner:#

 You must cancel your merchant account. Please contact our support team to terminate the service and return the devices (unless the new owner is taking them over).
