Anatol is the Chairman of The Group Ventures, a Toronto based Venture Capital firm investing in B2B, early stage, deep tech companies in Israel and Canada. Prior to this, he was a Commercial Banker having worked for some 35 years running banks in Singapore, Chile, Argentina, Mexico and Canada. He currently also sits on the Boards and Advisory Boards of a number of privately owned companies in Canada and the United States.

Carolyn is an experienced Board Director with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Chris brings over 30 years of experience as a technology executive and early-stage investor/entrepreneur to Peloton’s Advisory Board. He was named one of the top 25 consultants in the world and one of the 25 most influential technology executives for his work as President of Verizon Enterprise, CEO of Scient Managing Partner and Global Banking Leader PWC, EVP of MBNA. Chris is also an author and part of the Board of Trustees of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Jonathan See​
Jonathan See

Jonathan See is a partner in the Business Law Group at McCarthy Tétrault and co-head of the firm’s national M&A Group and Private Equity Group. He is one of Canada’s most well-known M&A lawyers acting for many of the leading financial sponsors in the market and multiple strategics on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, particularly in the technology, energy transition, infrastructure, energy and mining, and real estate industries.

Jonathan is Chambers-ranked, and repeatedly recognized by Legal 500, IFLR, Best Lawyers and Lexpert, for his significant experience in M&A, private equity, infrastructure, project finance and real estate. He was named a Rising Star by Lexpert, the annual award that honours Canada’s “Leading Lawyers Under 40”. He also led Canadian Law Awards’ 2022 M&A Deal of the Year - Brookfield Infrastructure’s C$15 billion cash and securities exchange takeover bid for Inter Pipeline Ltd.

Justin is a long-time entrepreneur and former senior executive in the payments and fintech sector. As CEO and in senior executive positions, he has led operations and transformations at Trustly, Paramount Commerce and Payments Canada.

Justin has advised central banks on financial market infrastructure modernization programs in North America, Europe and the Middle East, and is a regular advisor to IBM’s Payments Centre.

Justin is an active contributor to the fintech community. He was a founder of, and continues to advise, Canada's fintech advocacy association, Fintechs Canada. He has served on dozens of payments and fintech boards, which today include Peloton Technologies and TaxPay.

Executive Chair of the Board

John is an accomplished senior executive with over 25 years of experience in the IT and Financial Services industries. He has held leadership roles at PwC, National Australia Bank, OMERS, and most recently Caary Capital, with an emphasis on market entry, key partnerships, and growth. In his role, John works closely with the Peloton management team and leads the Advisory Board to drive the corporate strategy, growth agenda, market entry, partnerships, capital raising, risk management, and talent management.

Originally specializing in the computer vision space, Darryl’s career led him to become a systems integrations expert, team leader and business owner. He has developed a passion for simplifying payments during his 9 years with Peloton.
