    Offer Details

    1. Offer valid for applications submitted October 1 to October 31, 2026.
    2. Available to eligible merchant locations switching card processing from a competing provider. Limit one free Clover Flex per eligible location.
    3. The Clover Flex is provided as a $0 rental. No monthly rental charge applies to the device while the merchant remains eligible.
    4. Proof of an existing processing relationship is required. Acceptable documentation is a current processing statement, or a photo of the competitor’s terminal or processing receipt displaying the merchant’s business name (DBA) and business information.
    5. Merchants receiving a free device must be enrolled in a minimum monthly processing fee of $20.00.
    6. All $0 rental applications are subject to audit. Supporting documentation must be retained and provided on request. If acceptable documentation isn’t provided, the free device offer may be revoked and standard rental charges applied.
    7. Offer subject to credit approval and the terms of the merchant processing agreement. Peloton Technologies may modify or end this offer at any time.
